A house finder that draws itself, straight from the BIM model

As soon as a new-build project goes on sale, it needs a house finder: a site plan showing where each home is, a page per plot, floor plans and pictures. Today that is often built by hand by an agency, and it falls behind as soon as the design or availability changes.
In Alpha, the house finder comes straight from the project itself. The BIM models that already exist for design and buyer choices are the source. Alpha turns them into a 2D projection of the neighbourhood, from any viewing angle the sales team chooses, with the materials of the homes. Underneath lie the plots and the real surroundings: streets, cycle paths and trees from the Dutch large-scale topography register (BGT).
Every plot automatically gets its own page, with a picture of the home in its street, the floor plans from the Revit base drawing of its house type and, where the project has them, a walkthrough and interior shots from Alpha Studio. Price, features and availability come live from Alpha, so a home that is sold shows as sold in the house finder straight away.
The house finder is an alternative to our 3D viewer, not a replacement. Not every buyer has a fast computer. This house finder loads no 3D model, so it works on any phone, tablet or older laptop. Buyers who do want to explore or configure the home in 3D open the configurator from the same page. Both paths remain available in Alpha, and the developer decides which route a project uses.
For the sales team, publishing is a single step. Choose which homes are visible, which details to show and the angle of the site plan, with a preview beforehand. If the models or materials change afterwards, Alpha flags the image as outdated and regenerates it in one click. A visitor's interest arrives as a lead in the CRM, with the project and plot attached.
This connects sales to the same data as design and technical preparation. Want to see how this looks for your project? Contact ASRR for a demonstration of Alpha.
