Pricing
Priced per project and per home
You pay for what is live. One price per project, one price per home in the buyer portal.
Per project
A project is one development on one location. You pay for every project that is live.
Per home
The buyer portal is billed per home per month, for as long as the portal has to stay visible. You switch it off per project once that project is done.
Not per user
The price does not scale with the number of accounts. Each plan includes a fixed number of users.

Questions we get
What counts as a project?
A project is one development on one location. Phases within the same development stay one project. A second location is a second project.
How long do we pay for the buyer portal?
For as long as the portal has to stay visible for those homes. You pay per home per month. Once a project is handed over and buyers no longer need their dossier, you switch the buyer portal off for that project and the count stops for those homes.
What happens when we outgrow a plan?
You move up a plan. Projects, home types and configurations carry over, the environment and the links stay the same. Nothing stops working when you hit a limit. We flag it and you decide.
Who owns our data and our IP?
Your data stays yours. We process it under a data processing agreement. We send our terms and the data processing agreement on request. Arrangements for custom work are recorded per assignment.
Why is there no price for Enterprise?
Enterprise is not a bigger Starter. The price follows from integrations, the Revit pipeline, SSO and the uptime you need. That does not fit one number on a page.
Why not per user?
Because the value is in the projects and the homes you sell, not in the number of accounts. Each plan includes a fixed number of users. If you run into that ceiling you move up a plan. We never invoice per extra person.
Not sure which plan fits?
