Privacy Policy

This policy describes which personal data ASRR B.V. processes when you use asrr.nl, why we process it, and what you can do about it. It covers what this website actually does, nothing more.

ASRR B.V. is the controller for the processing described here.

What we collect through the forms
When you submit the contact form, the demo request or a pilot request, we receive the fields you filled in:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your company name, website and industry
- What you are interested in and the message you wrote
- The page you submitted from, the page that referred you, and your language
- Campaign parameters from the link you arrived on, when present
Where that data goes
Form submissions are sent to Alpha, our own platform, which we host ourselves on our own infrastructure in the European Union. They land there as a lead so we can answer you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-KEN8DTNN1M) to see which pages get read and where visitors come from. Google places cookies for this and processes data as described in its own privacy policy. We use it for aggregate statistics, not to identify you personally.
Cookies we place
This site places a small number of cookies:
- A language cookie that remembers whether you read the site in Dutch or English. It is functional, lasts one year, and contains nothing but the language code.
- Google Analytics cookies, as described above.
Server logs and abuse prevention
When you submit a form we briefly use your IP address to rate-limit submissions, so the form cannot be used to send bulk spam. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs. We do not build visitor profiles from either.
Legal basis
We process form data on the basis of your request: you contact us and we need the data to answer. Analytics and abuse prevention rest on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and in keeping it working. Where the law requires consent for a cookie, that consent is the basis.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of providers, each under a processing agreement, and only for what is described here:
- Vercel, for hosting this website
- Google, for Analytics
- Our own Alpha platform, hosted on our own infrastructure, for the leads from the forms
How long we keep it
We keep what you send through a form for as long as it is relevant to our contact with you, and after that for as long as we are required to. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics. If you want your data removed sooner, email us and we will do it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data of yours we hold, and give you a copy
- Correct data that is wrong
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to how we process it
- Transfer your data to someone else
How to exercise them
Email hello@asrr.nl and we will handle it. If you think we have not, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
Traffic to this site and to our platform runs over TLS. Access to leads in Alpha is restricted to the people at ASRR who need it, behind authentication and role-based permissions.
Changes
If we change how we process data, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be mentioned on the page rather than slipped in quietly.
