Refresh Bathrooms and Alpha: building a better customer journey together

A new bathroom starts with inspiration. Someone explores the options, requests a brochure or books an appointment to discuss their ideas. Together with Refresh Bathrooms, we connect those first steps to follow-up in Alpha CRM. Our goal is a coherent, positive customer journey and clear information for the team delivering it.

The Refresh Bathrooms website uses several funnels, including a brochure form and an appointment booking widget. We embed these directly from Alpha into the website. Requests arrive in the CRM, where the team manages follow-up and the subsequent sales process.

This connects the website with personal customer contact. The team can build on the information a customer has already shared. A brochure request or appointment becomes the start of a journey with a clear next step.

We are also developing a bathroom configurator for Refresh Bathrooms. Its purpose is to help customers make their preferences more concrete during the exploration stage, preparing them for the next step in their journey. The configurator is currently in development.

Integration of warehouse management and inventory management is also planned. This next step is intended to connect daily operations with the sales process. It is not yet a completed integration.

The customer journey is the common thread: from initial interest and exploring bathroom ideas to an enquiry, appointment and personal follow-up. Connecting these steps helps Refresh Bathrooms and ASRR build a process that works for customers and the team alike.
