New CRM Tools: Brochure Widgets and Quiz Funnels

Builders and developers spend a lot of money driving traffic to their websites. Most of that traffic disappears the moment a visitor closes the tab. We've added two new tools in Alpha CRM that turn more of that interest into leads, automatically.

The first is a brochure widget. Drop it on any page of your website and visitors can request a project brochure with their name and email. The brochure goes out automatically, the visitor becomes a lead in your CRM, and the marketing team gets a clean record of who asked for what — with optional follow-up reminders if the brochure is downloaded but no further action is taken.

The widget is configurable. Hide email, phone, or address fields if you want a low-friction signup. Show or hide an Instagram handle field. Brochures up to 20MB are attached automatically, and the system warns you if you forget to set a sender address. Small details, but they make the difference between a widget that gets used and one that just sits there.

The second tool is a quiz funnel. A visitor takes a short multi-step quiz — about their preferences, their budget, their timeline — and at the end gets a personalized recommendation. Behind the scenes, the platform tracks where people drop off, where they convert, and feeds the resulting leads straight into the CRM.

For the marketing team, this means an honest funnel chart: how many people started, how many made it past each step, how many converted. No more guessing whether the form is too long. The data is right there.

For sales, every incoming lead already has context — what they answered, what they're looking for, where they got stuck. The first call doesn't start cold.

Both tools share the same plumbing: the CRM, the email system, the lead pipeline. Whether the lead came from a brochure download, a quiz, or a direct contact form, it ends up in the same place — ready to be picked up.
