Pricing
Priced per environment and per user
One Alpha environment for your company, and you pay for the people who actually work in it. Your customers in the portal are free.
Per environment
One Alpha environment for your company, with your own branding and domain. A second legal entity that has to stay separated is a second environment.
Per active user
Everyone who logs in and works in Alpha. Seasonal staff off the payroll? Deactivate the account and the count drops the next month.
Not per module
Modules are bundled per plan. You do not assemble a price out of twelve line items, and you do not pay for a module twice because two teams use it.

Questions we get
What counts as an active user?
Anyone with an account that can log in and work in Alpha. We count the accounts that are active on the first of the month. Deactivate someone and they are out of the count from the next month, so seasonal staff do not cost you the whole year.
Do our customers count as users?
No. The customer portal runs on a magic link, not on accounts you pay for. Your clients can view invoices, estimates, orders and tickets without ever appearing on your bill.
Why is this per user while the configurator is not?
Because the value sits in a different place. With the configurator you sell homes, so we count projects and homes. With the ERP the system is the workplace of your team, so the value moves with the number of people in it. Two models is more honest than forcing one unit onto both.
Can we start small and add modules later?
Yes. Modules are bundled per plan, so you move up a plan rather than buying modules one by one. Your data, your setup and your links stay the same when you move.
What does the implementation involve?
For Core, nothing. You start on a standard environment. For Business and Enterprise there is a one-time implementation, scoped to your setup: data migration, your process in the system, and connecting the systems that have to talk to Alpha.
Why is there no price for Enterprise?
Enterprise is not a bigger Business. The price follows from the integrations, the offline field work, SSO and the uptime you need. That does not fit one number on a page.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us how many people work in the system and which systems have to talk to Alpha. We will tell you which plan you need, including when that is the cheapest one.
