Times of Suriname: a digital platform for daily news publishing

For Times of Suriname, we worked on SurinameTimes.com: a digital home for the newspaper and its articles. Readers arrive looking for local and international news, sport or opinion. The website needs to make these different subjects easy to find.

Our approach focused on a reliable news structure and clear navigation by category. A platform publishing every day continually expands its archive. A recognisable structure helps readers move from current events to a subject or an earlier article.

Performance was another priority, including across a large content library. Publishing structure and presentation need to support daily news while keeping the experience clear for readers. Scalability involves both adding articles and keeping existing material accessible.

The platform serves a broad readership looking for quick access to news. The project illustrates why clear content structure matters: a large number of pages creates value when readers can use and find the information.
