Alpha Now Connects to Exact Online

Every deal that closes in Alpha eventually has to show up somewhere in finance. Until now, that last step was often manual: someone copies the relation, the order, and the invoice details out of the platform and into the accounting system by hand.

We're building a direct koppeling between Alpha and Exact Online to close that gap. Exact Online is one of the most widely used accounting platforms in the Netherlands, and for many of our clients it's where the financial truth lives.

The integration keeps the two systems in step. Relations — contacts and companies — created in Alpha's CRM sync to Exact Online, so you're not maintaining the same customer in two places. When an order or contract is finalized in Alpha, the corresponding invoice data flows straight into Exact, ready to be sent and booked.

The point is to remove the retyping. A buyer's choices, an option sale, a signed contract — these already carry every number finance needs. Re-entering them by hand is slow, and it's exactly where mistakes creep in. A koppeling means the data is entered once, in the place where it's created, and appears everywhere else automatically.

This fits how we think about Alpha: a platform that connects the whole chain, from sales and engineering through to finance. The Exact Online koppeling is another seam made invisible — the commercial side and the financial side finally speaking the same language.
