Connecting Alpha to 4PS Construct

Alpha is where the front of the construction chain lives: land exploration, concept logic, buyer configuration, and sales. But at some point every project has to cross over into the back office — the ERP that handles procurement, planning, costing, and execution. For a large part of the Dutch construction sector, that ERP is 4PS Construct.

4PS Construct is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and is one of the most established construction ERPs on the market. We're building a koppeling that connects it directly to Alpha.

The integration carries the data that matters across the seam: projects, the developer and buyer choices made in the configurator, and the orders that result from them. What a buyer configures in Alpha becomes something the back office can actually act on — purchase, plan, and build — without anyone re-keying it.

This is the harder half of "from buyer choice to construction". Giving a buyer a beautiful configurator is the easy part. Making sure the choices they make land cleanly and completely in the system that procures the materials and drives the build is where most of the real work is. The koppeling is what makes that handoff automatic instead of a stack of spreadsheets and copy-paste.

Together with our other integrations, it reinforces the same idea: Alpha doesn't replace the systems a builder already relies on — it connects to them. The configurator and CRM up front, the financial and construction ERPs behind, all sharing one flow of data instead of a chain of manual hand-offs.
